Declan Campell, a native of Mullahoren, Co. Cavan, manager of the Riverbank restaurant is responsible for the smooth running of the establishment. He is the friendly voice on the other end of the line, when you book a table. The lovely drop of wine you will enjoy, was selected by him. Not only this, but Declan does his very best to meet his customers every need.

John Kelly, a native of Dromahair, has developed a reputation as a top chef who produces creative meals to meet that culinary requirement of even the most demanding customers. He believes that by using the best and freshest ingredients that the battle is half won. "The job of the Chef is to ensure that the best ingredients are prepared in a way that both compliments and enhances them," said John Kelly.







The Riverbank restaurant is a joint venture between head-chef John Kelly and restaurant manager Declan Campbell.
Declan Campbell and John Kelly are young entrepreneurs who have in a relatively short time developed the expertise to offer a top-of-the-range dining experience. Both men are graduates of Fermanagh College and trained and worked with Neven Maguire at the prestigious McNeen Bistro in Blacklion, Co. Cavan.
According to John Kelly, the menus will be varied and will feature the best from a number of national cuisines with that final little twist that makes the dining experience uniquely Irish. John Kelly said that quality food sourced locally will be a feature of the menu. He noted that there will be ample variety in the menu including meat, poultry and fish. "We will not be forgetting the vegetarian diner and will at every sitting have a dish prepared with the vegetarian in mind," he added.
